Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I strongly feel that your proposed regulations regarding leveraged and inverse ETFs are very wrong. Having been a stockbroker many years ago plus having managed my investments for some 50 years, I feel I am capable of evaluating the risks involved; and highly resent "big Brother" deciding what is "right" for me.
