Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am one of investor that owns DIREXION DLY ENERGY BULL 3X. I am fully aware of the risk and understand that leverage ETF does not correlate in a longer term. I think to allow other to decided what I can invest is actually dump idea. I have been investing in leveraged ETF for a while. Sometime it doesn't work out like any trade but in the end, individual investor should be allowed to decide what they can or should invest in what ever investment vehicle. Allen
