Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: (1) The brokerage firms provide us extensive knowledge on the characteristics and risks of leveraged and inverse funds. We are well informed, disciplined, trained for it. All investments have reward and risk, that including stock, real estate, business, and even attending school. We know the risk/reward very well. There is no need for others to evaluate our ability to trade, thanks. (2) We care about our investment performance. Therefore, we constantly monitor it. We login-in to our brokerage accounts daily and even monitor it hour by hour. (3) We have been trading leveraged and inverse funds for years. That is a great product. Thanks for having it available to us.
