Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am capable of understanding leveraged & inverse funds & their performance. I don't want a third party evaluating my capacity to do so. I want to preserve free public markets, without government imposed limitations on investor choice. Regards, James Vincenti
