Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I consider the leveraged and inverse funds you seek to restrict an important part of my investment strategy. I cherish the freedom we enjoy in this country to act in our financial interest as we see fit, as long as it doesn't harm others. please allow us, the individual investor, to continue to have the freedom to control our own funds as we judge best.
