Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Enter your comments here. I am a daytrader and leverage funds are my bread and butter. It would be outrageous and totally unfair to prevent me from trading these ETFs. I am holding one fund right now that is down and I am waiting for oil to recover. I want to be able to keep recovering any losses I might have now and in the future. I am experienced and know ins and outs and risks of leveraged funds. Regards, jens pilegaard
