Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been investing in leveraged and volatility funds for several years now. Easy access to these instruments is important to my financial goals and investment strategy. Their performance characteristics and risks are clearly explained by the prospectus, and I am quite capable of making my own decisions regarding these investments. I do not wish to have the government or my broker evaluating my competency or impeding my ability to invest.
