Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I would like to go on record that I would like leveraged ETFs to remain easily accessible to all investors. I have used them often and don't feel they are any more risky than many stocks. After all ETF's can not go bankrupt, stock companies can. Regards, Ronald Houghton
