Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear SEC, Stay out of my investment decisions. I am a big boy and can manage my own finances without your involvement. The government does not get to manage my finances. You do not get to decide if I get to invest in Amazon, GE, or any other stock therefore you do not get to decide this for me either. If you want to make a difference in my personal wealth and finances, seek to limit capital growth taxation on the middle class. Taxes on my investments have done more to reduce my growth than any errors I've made in ETF investing. I demand you leave me the freedom to choose what it right for me. The market allows me to take risks and be rewarded for those risks. Simply protect me from fraud and abuse, but leave my investments to me. Regards, James Noonan
