Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I personally understand the risks associated with leveraged investments and manage them accordingly. Leveraged ETF funds are an important part of my investment strategy and do not want to see access to these investments taken away from myself or other investors who can benefit from them. I strongly feel that adding more government restrictions to who is able to access what type of investment vehicle will hurt investors ability to achieve their investment goals and needs. I am asking that the proposed rule be terminated. Regards, Patrick Ferraro
