Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: 

As an individual Investor of leveraged & inverse funds, I value the freedom to make my own investment choices without a difficult and burdensome qualification and implementation process. The SEC does NOT need to adopt regulations on securities on the public market that will hinder investors rights.
