Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: This is a ruling that should not be adopted, because it does set a very high regulatory hurdle and will keep the majority of shareholders out of these types of holdings. These can be important for investors to hold especially in down markets and during periods of high volatility. I've been using these for a long time and they are an important part of my long term success. These should not be limited to a small group of investors, that is not good for the market or long term success of these important holdings. Regards, Erik Olson
