Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I fully agree with ProShares points regarding this proposed rule change. Namely: - Leveraged and inverse funds allow me to have more control regarding returns and protection of my portfolio. - I am capable of understanding the properties of leverage and inverse funds and I absolutely do not want a third party evaluating my capability to understand these funds or restrict me from using them. - I oppose excessive government regulation and perhaps unintended consequences.
