Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I have heard about a proposed ruling that would limit the ability of US Citizens to buy inverse or leveraged funds on US exchanges. I’m not certain why this rule would have been proposed, because these funds meet all requirements as any other fund does. They provide the ability to enhance portfolios, when these ordinary investors are locked out of doing business with Hedge-funds. Inequality at its best. If the SEC, and it’s subsidiaries of power, feel as if investors are not intelligent enough on their own then bar investing altogether. You are already forcing us to be ostracized by certain investing firms because most of us are not qualified investors. Thus, why make it more difficult for us? Please do not continue to regulate this industry further. It isn’t warranted.
