Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

Please do not restrict the individual's ability to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. Many of us are locked into company 401K funds. Without leveraged/inverse funds, we will have no ability to hedge our accounts or enter into trades that we feel are worthy of higher risk. You will take the bat of the hand of the individual if you make rules to prohibit inverse/leveraged funds for the individual. Remember the market does not always go up. Let us make our own decisions based upon our need to protect our accounts or the risk that we are willing to take. You will be protecting us from nothing and actually causing more risk for accounts that can only trade in one direction. There are always unintended consequences of regulation and this will be one.
