Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It's completely necessary! I completely disagree and are against any such legislation to cause the inability of buying into leveraged and inverse funds. THIS IS TERRIBLE FOR INVESTORS! Regards, Shawn Dawson
