Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are an important tool in my investment portfolio. I do not want someone else determining the appropriateness of an investment for me. I understand that there is increased risk (and reward) in these types of investments, but I believe that they are appropriate for me for certain objectives. I do not wish to loose the ability to invest in them, nor to have someone else determine whether or not they are suitable for me. Regards, Ronald Ketterling
