Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a former 25 yr securities salesman. Proshares is the main way I leverage and hedge my financial objectives. What next no options ? Be vigilant for criminal activity and stop interfering in our ability to trade. If you think the public is really that stupid then require everyone to pay for a broker including yourselves.
