Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please allow me to continue to trade leveraged and inverse funds freely for enhanced returns and/or protection for my portfolio. I understand the performance characteristics and risks associated with leveraged and inverse funds and I don’t want a third party to evaluate my capability to do so and potentially prevent me from buying and/or selling them freely.
