Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have used leveraged funds to great advantage for many years. I am able to understand the risks and believe that many individual stocks in the public market carry a much greater risk and complexity than for example a broad leverage fund such as TQQQ. I personally have had greater losses in individual stocks than in funds and strongly believe in the power of funds including leveraged and inverse funds. These very useful wealth building products should be publicly available, not be limited to the ultra-wealthy. Regards, Steven Faulkner
