Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am writing to offer my objections to the SEC proposal to make investing in leveraged and inverse funds more difficult and burdensome. Those funds offer an important avenue for increased income and for my portfolio protection. I am fully capable of understanding the way these funds work and I do not require outside assistance to buy them. It is important that we have free public markets that are not burdened by government interference to buy any investment that we decide is right for our financial situation. Please, do not make any regulations that will interfere with my investment choices. Government should not be involved in making investment decisions for me. Regards, Carl Simsic
