Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice. This the USA, not China. Instead of wasting time/resources trying to regulate the market, why don't you investigate and prosecute the countless cases of white collar crime sitting right in front of your faces.
