Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I primarily use, and have for many years, leveraged and inverse funds as my investment vehicle. I have been using this approach for many years and it has greatly enhanced my portfolio's returns. I am very capable of understanding the risks and benefits and I reject the idea that a 3rd party needs to evaluate my capabilities prior to utilizing leveraged funds. I strongly stand against the proposed rule and I want to preserve my ability to choice the correct vehicle for my portfolio without additional government-imposed limitations. Regards, Gary Jacobs
