Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: HI, I am an everyday joe. I work hard for my money. Companies no longer offer pensions. I have to provide for my own retirement through a 401K. If the market turns down, most times younger people can wait it out. I am over 50 . I don't have the luxury of waiting 3,5 or 8 years. Inverse and leveraged funds are an important part of my everyday, monthly investment strategy to protect my retirement. Everything works great right now. Please don't change it. Regards, Mitch Boucher
