Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear Sirs, I am concerned about proposed new regulations which could limit or eliminate my ability to purchase leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully aware of the risks involved with these investments and do not want any further government regulations interfering with my, or anyone else's ability to purchase them. Regards, Joseph Vespa
