Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am against the proposed regulations to limit my freedom to invest in financial instruments that i deem profitable to my portfolios. I value the free market environment to invest as I see fit for my person future. I frequently invest in leveraged and inverse leveraged funds and desire to continue without be overly regulated by government rules and regulations which are unnecessary. I understand the risk and complexity of these types of instruments and feel they are value to my investment portfolio. Therefore, I am strongly against any further regulations of the kind being proposed. Regards, Paul Childress
