Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I wish to voice strong opposition to SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15, which would severely limit my ability to make investment decisions regarding leveraged and inverse funds.

While these funds must be purchased carefully to provide enhanced return and protection of my portfolio, I certainly feel I am qualified to make my own decisions whether the funds are appropriate to my portfolio.

I have used the funds for a number of years now, with overall success. Implementing restrictions on purchasing leveraged and inverse funds is an unnecessary and overly restrictive measure. In an era when we are supposed to be decreasing unnecessary regulation, these regulations would be most onerous.

All investments carry inherent risk and should be made carefully. Buyer beware: I must evaluate my own risk tolerance in purchases; implementing restrictions to these funds is both unnecessary and a bad precedent going forward.
