Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Proposed regulations affecting an investors' freedom to purchase leveraged and inverse funds are misguided. Rather than trying to control what investments can be made, the emphasis should be on assuring that the investments, themselves, meet established requirements necessary to protect investors. The SEC should play no role in controlling an investor's choice among investments meeting SEC requirements. Regards, William Pappanastos
