Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: As a retired person, I have no company retirement plan that supports me. I rely on Social Security and my investments In Pro Share Funds. I understand that Pro Shares may be adopting rules to exclude me from investing with them without and undue and possibly impossible burden being demanded of investors.
