Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I would like to let you know that I have been investing with the help of triple leveraged ETFs since 2011 with success, which includes at least 1 bear market and several corrections during that span of time. These funds are very helpful to me, and I am sure I will make less money if my access to these funds is reduced. I would say that, at least with those tied to major indexes, the risk is actually less than buying many stocks. Apparently some people have lost money with these funds, but for many years people have also lost money buying individual stocks on the margin, which has much more risk than triple leveraged ETFs. So to me it is unnecessary to make buying these funds more burdensome to invest in. Again, I have benefited from investing in these funds for 9 years and I am asking that you not prevent or make it more difficult for me to invest in triple leveraged ETFs. Sincerely, George Edward Jacoby
