Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello SEC representative, I believe that making it more difficult to buy leveraged and inverse ETF is unnecessary. I am a graduate student who is well-educated about the how markets and such financial products work, and I do not need someone else to evaluate me, imposing and additional burden on my time. Inverse and leveraged ETFs are an important of my investment and hedging strategy. Regards, Jeremiah Coholich
