Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me. They allow me to seek enhanced returns and I, as an individual investor am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds. I don't want a third party evaluating my capability to do so with unnecessary regulation. Regards, Steven Dolgin
