Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Leveraged ETFs are important to me, and allow me to achieve enhanced returns. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged ETFs, and I don't want a 3rd party evaluating my ability to do so, or preventing me from buying them. Regards, Dak Kelley
