Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Dear officer, With regards to the proposed new regulations from SEC, I strongly believe the proposal is bad for investor like myself. I value the leveraged and inverse funds such as those offered by ProShares and do not see any need to change the current regulation. Regards, Chin FONG
