Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been trading leveraged 3X ETF's ever since they became available. Being an active trader, I only trade the 3X ETF's. Please do not make restrictions on them. It's the fastest way for me to make money. I am 69 years old and I find it is the best way for me to trade. Please DO NOT make regulations harder.
