Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I completely understand the risk involved in trading L& I funds. I have traded equities long enough to understand that limiting ETF trading is not something I want to see because I do a lot of daytrading and these are very effective securities to make profits on a daily basis. If a trader isn't smart enough to limit risk with ETF'S what makes them any smarter to limit risks with other ways to trade such as options and futures....and even stocks. the great thing about ETF'S is that I don't have to short stocks on margin which is even more riskier. So hopefully the SEC can reconsider the proposal regulation because any regulation that gets passed usually will lead to more regulations which in turn would be very negative to my trading future.
