Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, I am technology executive, SVP Product Management at a start up. I would be very disappointed if leveraged funds were imposed additional restrictions or taken away as an investment choice. These offerings from Proshares, including UPRO and TQQQ are very very important part of my portfolio for building wealth over a long time horizon like decades.
