Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I understand your concerns regarding the proposed SEC requirements. There are similar requirements for trading and holding certain kinds of securities like options with Fidelity already. I have completed them and Fidelity has complied with those requirements. I actually do not have a problem with submitting that query. I have many friends who are quite naive about the risks involved and would benefit from more scrutiny in their decision making.
