Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I'm extremely unhappy to hear that there might be a rule going into place that would limit my ability to utilize leveraged funds as part of my portfolio strategy. I am fully against this proposed change and hope that it is fully rejected. Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and they allow you to seek enhanced returns or help you protect your portfolio. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and you don’t want a third party evaluating your capability to do so and potentially preventing you from buying them.
