Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: It is patently absurd and patronizing to think that investors are "incapable of evaluating risk". L&I funds are INSTRUMENTS and the investor has all of the information available to them to determine the fitness of an L&I fund given their risk profile.
