Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

As an active small investor who is now semi-retired, I depend on access to leveraged and inverse funds such as those offered by Proshares to hedge my investments and to improve my portfolios overall return. Using these types of instruments is critical for my investment income and losing access would seriously damage my ability to maintain a comfortable retirement without taking on excessive risk. Leveraged and inverse funds have been in widespread use for many years, and play a vital role in allowing the small investor to hedge their positions for added safety and to compensate for broad market downturns without being forced to liquidate positions, and they've done this job very well. Please! Do not engage in nanny-state behavior in an attempt to "fix" something that isn't broken!
