Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15:

I completely disagree with the new requirements as proposed in SEC proposed Rule #S7-24-15 for L&I funds. These proposed regulations assume that everyone that decides to invest in L&I Funds in not aware of the potential risks and incapable of evaluating those risks. THIS ASSUMPTION IS ABSURD! Any investment is always a risk, whether it be stocks, bonds, real estate or starting your own business. No investment is without risk.

I oppose this absurd proposed regulation even though my financial situation is substantially greater than the potential loss of my investment in L&I Funds. I vote to keep the capital markets free. The investment instruments already have a full disclosure that details the investment type and the risks. If they do not, then THAT is the SEC's responsibility to govern.

I do NOT want to be restricted from making any investment or that I cannot invest in something because I do not understand the risk. That is a ridiculous assumption!

My comments reflect my opinion on this: Get rid of this SEC # 34-87607 completely! Regulations like this will cause investors to move their money out of the USA to invest in foreign assets.
