Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am an average, noninstitutional investor that has used leveraged and inverse funds from time to time for nearly 20 years. They provide a method of balancing my risks and growth potential. I understand their use and risks. I do not believe there should be additional restrictions applied to use of these funds.
