Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Hello, I wanted to comment on your prosed new regulations on leveraged and inverse funds. First, let me say that I am a retired small business owner and I have been an investor for over 40 years. I do use these funds and understand the risk that has been thoroughly explained to me before I bought them. I think these regulations are bad for investors and are totally unnecessary and are a dangerous president for me as an investor.
