Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please stop treating people like children that need protection. The American public is able to educate themselves of the characteristics regarding leveraged and inverse funds. Using this knowledge, we are able to better prepare ourselves for retirement and other major life goals. By treating us like children that need protection, you are robbing us of our freedom.
