Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Please do not implement this new rule. I am quite familiar with these types of funds, and have had some tremendous success using them. I have also lost some money too, but that's part of investing. Mostly I don't need someone who knows nothing about me to determine whether I should have access to these tools. Regards, Scott Penner
