Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I am a retail investor and self educated in equities, funds, options and in particular leveraged and inverse ETFs. Leveraged and inverse ETFs make up a portion of my investment strategy and I do not agree with the burdensome regulations being proposed. The regulation does not offer any benefit or protection to the consumer. It would add a significant burden to my already in process strategy and create more of an obstacle to meeting my investment goals. I do not agree with the proposal. Please do not move forward.
