Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I would like to strongly against the proposed Rule #S7-24-15 that SEC can dictate who can invest and who cannot invest based on the SEC's decision. Even professional investors can lose a lot of money because of the high volatility. I know that there is a high risk of losing money but after all, I am using my own money. The reason for taking a risk on ETFs fund is that there is a high reward. The SEC should not take away the potential finanancial reward from an individual investor.
