Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: I have been a ProShares investor for years. The particular fund I hold has returned a gain of over 500% since I purchased it. I work in finance and understand the investments that I make. I do not want my government taking away investor choice. Regards, Leighton McLendon
