Comment on SEC Proposed Rule #S7-24-15: Proshare offers an alternative vehicle to diversify an individual’s portfolio and need for increased risk. Each person should be aware of their own risk appetite. Removing leveraged index funds hurts investors and is an unwarranted task. Please reconsider.. Regards, John pham
